Culinary Kick-Start Program – applications due this Friday!

Palmetto Goodwill is encouraging people to consider a cooking career by offering them some free experience.  The nonprofit’s Culinary Kick-Start Program offers two weeks of free training in food preparation at the Lowcountry Food Bank and local restaurants managed by Michael Bennett’s Holy City Hospitality. The program will run Aug.14–25. Applications are due by Friday at palmettogoodwill.org/cook.
