  1. We will be visiting Charleston during the time of the “Taste” and wondering if there will be public or private transportation available to the event. Thank you.

  3. We happen to be in Charleston the weekend of this event. Do we need to buy tickers ahead of time for the taste event on Sunday the 29th?

    • Yes, you can purchase tickets before the event online or at the gate that day. Tickets are not available online yet, but will be soon.

  4. My husband and I have one child that is 5 years old. Do we need to purchase a ticket for him if we want to attend the event on Sunday?

    • The $17.50 is admission into the main event. Each restaurant has a tent and once inside you will purchase food tickets and then go to the restaurant tents and purchase the tastes with the food tickets. There are three other events throughout the weekend. On Friday night its Taste: Sweet and Southern; on Saturday night its Taste: Iron Chef and on both nights local restaurants will be doing Taste: Dine Around. For more information on all these events, please go to: http://www.charlestonrestaurantassociation.com/taste-of-charleston/

      Thank you!
