To all members participating in the Taste of Charleston Main Event, we STRONGLY encourage you to attend a meeting we’re hosting TUESDAY 9/20 FROM 6PM – 8PM AT RED’S ICE HOUSE ON SHEM CREEK!
With this year’s main event going from one day to 2 days, logistics and elements of the event have changed dramatically and these changes will effect you and your staff.
The meeting will cover event set-up and break-down, staffing for 2 days, food prep for 2 days, storage and refrigeration information, and many other important details.
Please plan on having the ON-SITE EVENT CONTACT from your restaurant attend and any other staffers who will be important to prep or execution of your booth on Saturday and Sunday.
Appetizers and beverages will be provided. See you then!
